How to reach Goa: Goa is connected by Air, Rail and Road.

By Air:

Indian Airlines: From Mumbai, Bangalore, Kochi, New Delhi, Chennai and Thiruvanathapuram.

Private Airlines: Jet Airways, Gujarat Airways, Sahara Airlines operate flights between Goa, Mumbai, New Delhi and Pune.

By Rail: Direct trains to Mumbai, New Delhi, Ahemedabad, Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, Chennai and also Mangalore (via the Konkan Railway Corporation Section).

By Road: Goa is connected by good, motorable roads, with all the major towns in India via National Highways NH4A, NH17 and NH17A.

How to travel when in Goa:

Public Transport, Private Transport - Hiring bikes, cabs, etc

Health & Safety:

Dehydration: Replace body fluids often, as high levels of humdity causes perspiration. If you feel symptoms such as intense thirst, dizziness and higher heart and breath rates, drink lots of fluids.

Drinking Water: Unless you are at a well-run restaurant or hotel, avoid drinking water other than that from sealed water bottles (mineral water).
